Report waste collection activities
Professional waste collection refers to the collection of waste at reception points arranged by municipalities, producer organisations, distributors or other waste management service companies. Professional waste collection is typically a collection point.
Collection activities may also include preliminary sorting and temporary storage of waste.
An enterprise carrying out professional collection activities must report on its activities. The information is entered in the waste management register.
How do I report the information?
Report waste collection activities to the environmental protection authority of the municipality in whose territory the collection is carried out.
The notification does not need to be submitted if the collection requires an environmental permit under the Environmental Protection Act or is approved as part of other activities subject to an environmental permit.
