Short description of the work
Regulations and customers´ needs and wants guide housing production changes. For example the regulations have emphasised certain life cycle costs already at the construction phase.
The aim of this project was to identify and verify experienced changes and to anticipate future housing quality development. The subject is looked from a strongly construction engineering and construction economical view point.
Backgroung
The new housing prices and quality have been widely/publicly and emotionally debated hot topics. This project provides true research results concerning dwelling price formation and housing quality development.
